General advice to maintain good health

Though situation is being unfavourable, of vital importance health for paid attention and taken care. Under this circumstances, very difficult balance between physical and mind health. But I try care of physical health on the chance, and I hope can support to mind health to look for solution from existing problem. Here I write down several things that must conducted to keep in good health from article that has been read though myself can not conduct altogether, that is:

  • Eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, especially those is season as they are full of essential nutrients.
  • Consume plenty whole grains, fruits and vegetables for fibre. This will help to keep the digestive tract functioning well.

  • Eat plenty of essential fatty foods such as salmon, mackerel, herring and tuna as well as nuts and seeds. Essential fats are “essential” to the body on daily basis for all bodily functions.
  • Sleep well. Peak body renewal hours are 11pm – 3am, so adults as well as children should be sound asleep during those hours. Good quality 8 hours is recommended.
  • Exercise regularly to build up stamina, body strength and immunity to help prevent illnesses coming your way.
  • Avoid refined carbohydrates and refined sugar, which lower immune function over a period of time.
  • Avoid tea, coffee, carton juices, and sugary drinks as they lower immune function over a period of time and can inhibit the absorption of the other vital nutrients.
  • Avoid fried foods and packeted foods as they encourage “bad” bacteria to grow in the digestive system.
  • Have a sauna once a week to help the lymphatic system rid the body of accumulated toxins.
  • Colonic irrigation can help rid the body of any pathogenic bacteria in the lower digestive tract.
  • Allow relaxation time in your daily routine. A massage will not only relax you but also help to maintain good blood circulation.
